ADELAIDE CAMP (ALL AGES)

3 intensive training sessions held over 2 days hosted by Australian Girls in Gi.

What to expect: This immersive training event is offered to ages 10 and above, open to all belt levels.

Our focus is to develop your understanding of BJJ through accessible concepts and techniques. We do this in a supportive, understanding setting with likeminded women of all experience levels.

Attendees will require some prior basic knoweldge as this is an immersive training camp suitable for all levels and is not suitable as an introductory course. Each session will involve technique development, coaching & feedback as well as supervised rolling/sparring. All attendees will have access to roll with our black belt coaches as well as the unique experience of opporunity to roll in our female only training environment.  Roll with women & girls, and all belt ranks all weekend! All fitness levels are welcomed.
