Guests

4 immersive training sessions held over 3 days coached by black belt Jess Fraser.

This BJJ training Camp is offered to women & teens over the age of 16, open to all belt levels.

Our focus is to develop your understanding of BJJ through accessible concepts and techniques. We do this in a supportive, understanding setting with like minded women of all experience levels.

Please note: 40 tickets maximum attendance + black belt guests.

What to expect: Over the course of three days Jess will introduce and then build upon pivotal concept driven learning to develop your understanding of your current jiu jitsu as well as set you up for future improvement in both technique and confidence. Her approach is to help you develop skills to utlise in situations you commonly face during learning and training such as rolling with faster/stronger/larger/bigger training partners.

You will also have the opportunity to roll with and learn directly from one of the most experienced and accomplished BJJ athletes Australia has ever produced.

All attendees will have access to roll with our black belt coach as well as the unique experience and opportunity to roll in a female-only training environment.  Roll with, learn from and be inspired by women all weekend.

What we expect: Attendees will require some prior basic knowledge as this is an immersive training camp suitable for all levels and is not suitable as an introductory course. Each session will involve technique development, coaching & feedback on your current skill level as well as supervised rolling/sparring to develop new skills.

All fitness levels are welcomed.

All belt levels welcomed.

All teams welcomed.

What to pack: All technique sessions will be held in the gi with the option to roll no gi where prefered. Please bring both to each session (wear a rashie under your gi jacket).  Any safety equipment you prefer including mouthguards.

Please note: All gi colours welcomed.  A change of dry, warm, comfy clothing is recommended for after each session as your temperature will drop during recovery/socialising.

There is a shower provided onsite.
