$60 per competitor.
Open now, closes 9pm Friday prior to event. Â Â
SPECTATORS:
- Doors open at 9am, please do not arrive earlier.
- Fees $10 cash at gate, Â $20 per family.
- All spectators welcomed as audience & supporters.
- Friends, family, coaches and teammates encouraged.
- Videography encouraged.Â

DIVISIONS:Â
Gi Round RobinÂ
Adults: 4x 6 min matches each = 5 competitors per division*Â
Juniors: 3x 4 min matches each = 4 competitors per division*
No Gi Round Robin
Adults: 4x 6 min matches each = 5 competitors per division*Â
Juniors: 3x 4 min matches each = 4 competitors per division* Â
* max. matches per person & dependent on entries.Â
WEIGH INS*:
On arrival & only for the purposes of allocating you an appropriate group to compete with.
Can be done in casual clothes or uniform.
*If you do not wish to see or know your weight during weigh in, please let our staff know.
*If you do not wish to stand on the scales you will be allocated to the group with the higher total weight on the day.

BRACKETS:Â
Created on arrival, based on at door weigh in at gate.Â
No brackets are available prior to the event. Brackets are never posted or published online.
Adults: Your bracket is yourself + the 4 women closest to your weight that are within your belt rank.Â
We prioritise grouping adults to their belt rank first and weight second.
Teens: Your bracket is yourself + the other teens closest to your weight/belt.Â
We prioritise appropriate matches for teens and discuss first with parents if we are considering merging them to adults divisions. Teens requesting to be added to adults divisions are done on a case by case basis and only with parent permission.
Children: Kids brackets are made up of the most appropriate 3 opponents + your child.
We prioritse safety when building these divisions and take into consideration both weight and rank.
MATCH RULES:Â
Match points, rules & guidelines as per IBJJF handbook. Â
No advantages recorded. No records kept or published. Â
UNIFORMS:Â
Clean, safe, correctly fitting uniforms in both gi and no gi.Â
Gi: uniform can be any colour but must be BJJ weight cotton. Belt must represent rank. Patch art encouraged.Â
No Gi: no singlets, no low cuts, no high cuts. All torso, chest, butt  & thigh must be covered. Rashguard tops required.
Lycra colours do not need to represent rank & can be of an colour. Teeshirts & shorts are allowed over lycra only if safe/not so loose to affect game play.

Please note: we cannot release exact start times for your matches though we will endeavor to run the competition as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout.
