The Workshops:
Workshops are immersive theme based training designed to allow you plenty of time for Q&A and feedback. Our aim is for you to have a greater understanding of your own jiu jitsu and learning by the completion of the workshop or workshop series. Each session will include practical and theoretical learning building on a theme or concept from competition preparation to specific techniques.

Workshops range from 1 – 7 consecutive days, no accomodation or meals provided.

– Beginners/All ages: Suitable for newer students or coaches wishing to extend their coaching skills. All ages.
– General: All levels. All ages.
– General: All levels. Adults only.
– Intermediate: Blue+. Adults & advanced teens only.
– Advanced: Purple+. Adults and advanced teens only.

Attendee capacity: 10-25 (depending on the event)
Staff: 1 – 3  (depending on the event)
