Our first season of competitions for all ages are now live and regos are open on SMOOTHCOMP

CAMPS/WORKSHOPS/IMMERSIVE LEARNING
We're tinkering in the background getting our calendar of events ready for 2024.
Things to look forward to:

We will be rolling out new camp and workshop formats for adults that we're super excited for & know you'll love - stay tuned for dates & locations

We will be offering kids camps in more locations and more often; they are fast becoming our favourite event and a great option during school holidays 

We are currently offering 1:1 coaching and private lessons with our line up of black belts. This includes coaching appearances for classes at your gym.  Message us for details
