We are excited to support and foster more female referees at ALL levels of competition. With this in mind, this event can help you try out refereeing for the first time.
We have 4 sponsored spots available (no charge) for ladies keen to complete the workshop and then test out refereeing for the first time the following day at the AGIG Comp. You will be mentored throughout competition day by experienced female referees.
If you volunteer to referee on the 3rd, your workshop is free 🙂

We are very excited to start launch-padding more women into paid refereeing roles at competitions such as the Grappling Tournaments/AFBJJ tournaments.
This workshop provides the perfect learning and testing environment amongst other women that will mentor you throughout.

Please note, though we will cover basic rules understand and introduction to refereeing this event is not an official referee course (IBJJF & AFBJJ provides this service).

Any questions please contact Jess Fraser directly.
